ADVICE AND SUPPORT FOR EMPLOYERS
- Description of the different pension models (own, joint or collective foundation ; insurance, bank, association or independent model) ;
- Presentation of the market providers (size, reputation, characteristics, proposed model, various informations) ;
- Identification of relevant pension models in the specific case ;
- Identification of the providers to be taken into consideration in the specific case ;
- Development of the pension plan to be implemented according to the employer’s situation and objectives (sector of activity, workforce structure, salary pyramid, social policy, coordination with other social insurances) ;
- Benchmarking of the pension plan compared to other employers in the same sector ;
- Monitoring the evolution of the pension market (rates, conditions, providers, innovative solutions) and proactive information to seize possible opportunities ;
- Annual guidance and monitoring :
- Optimisation of financing ;
- Validation or questioning the chosen model or provider ;
- Validation or improvement of the pension plan ;
- Fiscal aspects : buy-ins, employer’s contribution reserve, PEE plans ;
- Conduct of the tender :
- Collecting the necessary individual data ;
- Drafting of the specifications (description of the benefit plan, deadlines, etc.) ;
- Validation of the specifications with the employer ;
- Receipt of offers, checks and additional questions ;
- Preparation of the comparative report, meetings with the employer and final recommendation ;

- Premium and contribution statements ;
- General correspondence ;
- Subsequent requests to the pension fund (corrections or confirmations, etc.) ;
- Reporting to the employer.
